Returns & Refunds Policy
At Watch the Wolves, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations or fit the way you envisioned, we are here to help you get it right.
The 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Tags still attached.
- Free of any scents, pet hair, or stains.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email to our support team with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once we verify your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship It Back: Securely pack your items. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- Approved Returns: A refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different colorway or size? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. Since our drops are often limited, we cannot always guarantee that an exchange size will remain in stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we sent the wrong item or if your gear arrived with a defect, that’s on us. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
