Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to process your order, perform a final quality check, and prepare your package for shipment.
- Limited Drops: During high-volume release windows, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every detail is handled with care.
Shipping Rates & Speed
We ship nationwide and offer various speeds to fit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the processing period.
- Priority Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days after the processing period.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with the most current location of your package.
Local Delivery (Tucson, AZ)
For our local pack members here in Tucson, keep an eye out for specialized local shipping rates at checkout. While we do not currently offer warehouse pickups, local transit times are often significantly faster.
Important Notes
- Business Days: Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Watch the Wolves is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you live in an area where package security is a concern, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
